Jesus is not a religion

Jesus is not a religion! He’s part of the Godhead who came to this planet to connect us back to our first love, to the Father of all creation. Through Him we learn what we can be.
We are are worst enemy. We are carnal beings who are under the influence of princes and principalities that govern the air. The current atmosphere is deception, manipulation, hatred, evil. We need to come to the foot of the cross and lay it all on the table. Upon doing so we gain forgiveness, and the help of the Comforter to guide us through truth of God’s word. We can say we believe, but the evil one does also and he trembles. The connection of God’s Spirit in us will open the door to truth and understanding. The peace that surpasses all will be in our hearts to change our ways. Change what we can about ourselves, accept what we can’t and the understanding to know the difference will carry us through the tough times. God is always in our corner/on our side it’s up to us to let Him in and stay connected. It’s a choice.
We live in a world full of trials and disappointments and yet there’s beauty. It’s up to us to figure out the positive in the negative and move on with the only Spiritual Helper we have when we truly believe in Christ. He Himself said He was the way, truth, life and left us not alone. To ask and it shall be given, to seek and it shall be found, knock and it shall be open, in prayer always in prayer with humility of spirit. With trust in His word. We’re to seek His kingdom first and everything else will fall into place according to His will. He is ultimately in charge whether we believe it or not. The enemy will have you believe otherwise. Who you give your allegiance to whether man, object or thing is the belief you have inside your heart. The heart is what God sees. One leads to life and the other to death.

We first have to accept Christ and invite Him into our heart and our life. It’s a way of life to be in harmony with our Creator throughout our living existence. More so on the day He sanctified to be Holy – the Sabbath. The day of rest He established way back when He declared creation done and good. Sure we can worship Him any day, have a moment of our day devoted to Him in prayer and thanksgiving for He gives us life. It’s about spending time with Him, getting to know Him. His Sabbath takes us away from our work week and refreshes us to continue on. The dead can feel nothing, but the living have a chance at repentance and love, that will stay with us even when we pass. His special day is for our rest. Our rest out of the mundane of this world and communion with Him, reflecting His majesty, His love, helping others, doing for others. It’s not about us but about Him in us. It’s about learning of Him, with Him through His word. It’s the one day He asks us to remember His creation. He IS love. Remembering His Sabbath not man’s. God’s law is in our hearts, we eagerly do His will upon conversion, acceptance. That is the true test of our faith, belief in Jesus Christ is the son of God (His testimony) and having His commandments in our hearts. This produces our good fruits. If/when we fall He is there to pick us up upon confession and only if we let Him. And He helps us not to commit the offence again. But we need to be willing to follow His lead.
Yes, every day we need to be in His presence in everything we do so we can face the challenges it brings. Yet, His special day for us is so much more, its a sign between us and Him (Eze.20:12, 20:20), it’s the day that will continue past this current world and into His reign (Isa.66:23). God knows our hearts and we need to stay close to Him in these perilous times, every day. For every day we have trials and temptations we must deal with.

In a world full of discord and sadness, Christians are His light. His reflection of goodness and truth. Imitating Jesus’ mannerism, attitude, code of conduct. He gives us His strength, His protection, He gave us His life that where He is we can be also. It’s a choice one must make on a daily basis. God abhors disharmony of any kind, this is not from God who causes the opposite of true love (agape), by our fruits we show who we stand for and by thy fruits we can tell who doesn’t. The world needs to see our behavior is not of this world but comes from above. Regardless of the ridicule one gets in defense of our belief, for in the ridicule we have light from above. We are God’s children, not spoiled brats in want of earthy things for when it’s all said and done and one passes away what really counts is what one has accomplished on this planet in respect to humanity. In contributing the goodness Jesus established in emulating/reflecting God’s love. His commandments point out our sins, His dying buried them (sins), His resurrection shows us the way to a more meaningful life. In Him we are new creations our old life is behind us. We were created for a purpose, lets stop the bickering and get on with the Father’s work to spread the Good news… Jesus is coming, be prepared and ready to meet Him.
His Sacred book is our history lesson past, present and future. We are to love as He first loved us! He is not a religion, but a way of life…
May our Lord enlighten all of us to His glorious Presence in our own life. In Jesus’ holy name I pray, Amen.
Let’s keep the Spirit of Christ in our mist as we celebrate family and friends gathering… God bless.

  1. The writer of the article seem to forget what Jesus and what God Himself say about Jesus. Jesus is not a “part of the Godhead who came to this planet to connect us back to our first love, to the Father of all creation” because the God Who created everything is only One God who was and is without a begin or ending. Jesus is God his son but not God, according the infallible Word of God, the Bible.

Lots of Christians are not the light of God but the darkness in His eyes because the worship false gods and keep adhering to human dogma’s and human traditions, holding pagan feasts and making graven images of their gods.

People have to come to recognise who is who in the Bible and should come to recognise Who is the Only One true God. They should see that Jesus is the Way to God and do have to accept Christ, the Nazarene Jews as their Messiah or saviour. When they call themselves Christian they should follow the teaching of the master teacher Jeshua who is the Kristos or Christ (Jesus Christ).

    1. Thank you for visiting my site and commenting.
I stand by my post, the only error i have made was in stating ‘we Christians are the light’, assuming to the reader that all Christians are. And as you point out in your comment, and the Lord affirms not all who call themselves Christians are.

According to the Holy Scriptures (God’s inspired Word),
Jesus Christ indeed came to us to reconcile us back to the Father, back to our first love. God’s word was made flesh in Christ His Son (Jn.1:14). Mat. 1:23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”
Col.2:2,3 “that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father, and of Christ; in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Col.2:8-9 “Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;”
He was there in the beginning and all through eternity. Rev.1:8 Jesus speaking, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the End.” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
Jesus said ‘I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.. he that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son’ Re21:6,7; ‘..heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ’ Ro8:16.

When John was taken up in the Spirit he heard a loud voice (Rev.1:10-18), he was speaking to Jesus [the loud voice]. In Jn8:58 “Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” God is the Great I AM. Exo. 3:14 “And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”

1Jn5:6,7 “This is He who came by water and blood–Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear witness in heaven; the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.”

The Godhead: our Heavenly Father, the Word (made flesh) His Son, our Savior, redeemer, advocate, friend Jesus Christ and our Comforter and guide The Holy Spirit. Jesus does the will of the Father, teaching us that we should as well, emulate His love for the Father and for humanity. God is love! In that love He gave us all free will to choose who we follow.

1Jn2:1-3 “My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.”
      The Test of Knowing Him
“3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.” And His testimony, Jn14:6 “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

These are my beliefs as per the Holy Scriptures. Having a relationship with the Father begins with accepting and believing in our hearts, in His Son – Jesus Christ. Repenting from what He considers wrong in His sight and doing the right thing, when we fall asking for forgiveness, asking for help. Giving thanks for everything and staying close to Him. Praying often for His wisdom, His strength, His love to pay it forward in producing the fruits of the (His) Spirit. And for my fellowman/woman to come to know Him as well.
I pray, “Grace, mercy, and peace will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.”(2Jn1:3) In Jesus’ holy name, Amen. God bless.

      1. Would you when questioned if you are the writer of “thelostcoinblog” give me a short answer and say “I am” mean that you are God? In the same way Jesus did not say he is God. Jesus is the promised one in the garden of “eden, long before Abraham was born. He also was already notated in the book of life and death, like your name is also in it, long before Abraham was born, but that does not mean you where there already with God in heaven before the creation.

      2. The Logos in John 1 is The Word which is a result of Speaking.
In the garden of Eden, so long before Abraham was born, God made a promise to give mankind a solution against the curse of death. That promise is the Messiah, the sent one form God. That Kristos or Christ is the Nazarene Jew Jeshua from the tribe of king David, who is now better known in Anglo Saxon countries as Jesus Christ.

Jews never believed in a trinitarian God, but only believed in a singular God of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Jesus was given authority by his Father if Jesus is God he would be the same as the Father, being God, having already that authority. In case he would be God he also would know everything. We do know Jesus did not sin, which means he would not lie. Though he told he even did not know when he would return to the earth or when the end times would be and he did not know who would be seated next to him because (according to what Jesus said) those things where given to his heavenly Father the only One God.

What use would it be to God to come to the earth, fake His temptation, death and resurrection, all things which God can not have? It also would make a very cruel being of this God, because still now He let all those people suffer.

The false or pagan worshipping in several Christian churches we can see in how certain priest carry the bible, use incense to it, bow down in front of statues and paintings to present God, Christ Jesus and even saints (in some churches). Though God is very clear that no graven images may be made of Him.

“Thou shalt not make unto thee a graven image, nor any likeness [of any thing] that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:” (Exodus 20:4 ASV)

The declaration that YHVH is ONE not a Trinity is the central theme in the True Faith of every man of God in the Bible, including The Messiah. This knowledge of YHVH being the one and only Creator and God is the very “mark” on the forehead of the Elect called “The Shema” that marks the very elect for eternal life. When Jeshua or Yahusha (the True Messiah)= Jesus Christ, was asked the single greatest commandment of God, he quoted The Shema (Shema means “hear” in Hebrew) by quoting literally from The Torah:

        Mark 12:29

“The most important one,” answered Yahusha, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel, YHVH our God, YHVH is one.

Jeshua was quoting Deuteronomy 6:4 verbatim. This passage of Deuteronomy is also defined as the “mark between our eyes and on our right hands”. It IS the “mark of YHVH” that sets us apart from this “false religion” whose mark is literally The Trinity made on the foreheads of newly baptized babied and over the hearts of literally billions every day as they make “the sign of the cross” in the name of The Trinity.

The declaration known as The Shema and declared by The Messiah as The greatest command of all… is a direct contradiction of The Trinity! The Shema is, in fact, the very “Mark of God” apposing the “Mark” of the beastly religious system of Babylon… which is The Trinity. This “mark” of God displayed by The Messiah and expressed as the single greatest command as we see below is an outright denial of the pagan Trinity gods:

        Deuteronomy 6

4 Hear, O Israel: YHVH our God, YHVH is one. 5 Love YHVH your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. 8 Tie them as symbols (mark) on your hands and bind them (mark) on your foreheads.

The true Messiah Jeshua again demonstrated this singular knowledge of YHVH is the foundation of eternal life. For He is the giver of life and to receive that life you must be in covenant with YHVH through the Yahushaic Covenant:

        John 17:3

3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You (YHVH), the only true God, and (then there is) Yahusha (the) Messiah whom You (YHVH) have sent (as the Passover sacrifice for sin).

“And this is life eternal, that they should know thee the only true God, and him whom thou didst send, [even] Jesus Christ.” (John 17:3 ASV)

Jesus is clearly the sent one from God, the one promised in the Garden of Eden. In him we should put our faith for salvation seeing Jesus is the Way to God, not God himself.

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6 ASV)

We not only should believe in Jesus to be the sent one from God. We also should believe the sender of Jesus, the Only One God, Who declared

“22 …, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased. ” (Luke 3:22 ASV) and this was said by the God Who does not tell lies

“God is not a man, that he should lie, Neither the son of man, that he should repent: Hath he said, and will he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and will he not make it good?” (Numbers 23:19 ASV)

“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared [him].” (John 1:18 ASV)

God can not be seen, though Jesus was seen by many, who did not fall death, some of them even came out of death.

Trinitarians seem to neglect what is written that God gave His only begotten son. Nowhere is written that it was He Who came down onto the world which would be in contradiction to the Biblical teaching concerning incarnations. It is by the son of God that life may come over us. and it is that son who has become our highpriest before Gdo and the mediator between God and man. In case Jesus is God he cannot be the mediator and cannot be a priest for God.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.” (John 3:16 ASV)

“Herein was the love of God manifested in us, that God hath sent his only begotten Son into the world that we might live through him.” (1 John 4:9 ASV)

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth him that sent me, hath eternal life, and cometh not into judgment, but hath passed out of death into life.” (John 5:24 ASV)

“And without faith it is impossible to be well-pleasing [unto him]; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that seek after him.” (Hebrews 11:6 ASV)

“Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, [even] Jesus;” (Hebrews 3:1 ASV)

“whither as a forerunner Jesus entered for us, having become a high priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.” (Hebrews 6:20 ASV)

“For there is one God, one mediator also between God and men, [himself] man, Christ Jesus,” (1 Timothy 2:5 ASV)

“and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better than [that of] Abel.” (Hebrews 12:24 ASV)

“19 ¶ What then is the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise hath been made; [and it was] ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator. 20 Now a mediator is not [a mediator] of one; but God is one.” (Galatians 3:19-20 ASV)

“But now hath he obtained a ministry the more excellent, by so much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which hath been enacted upon better promises.” (Hebrews 8:6 ASV)

“And for this cause he is the mediator of a new covenant, that a death having taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, they that have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.” (Hebrews 9:15 ASV)

The bible tells us to worship only One True God of Israel and gives an indication we should not adhere any false gods or have connection with such false gods as tri-une gods we may find in many religions.

We also see this same triune god is a consistent them in every pagan religion which evolved from the Mystery Religion of Babylon. This ‘religion of Satan’ cleverly apposes the Mark of YHVH in the minds (mark of the forehead is a metaphor for knowledge) with what is called The Mark of the Beast.

        Please let us always remember
        John 17:3

3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you (YHWH= Jehovah), the only true God, and (your) Messiah Jeshua, whom you have sent.

and look forward to that non-ending life in peace of which is spoken in Isaiah and David.

      3. Hi again Marcus, you have given me quite a lot to ponder. I’ve prayed and digest your feelings and convictions. I understand where you might come to your conclusion. And I believe most of the things you have mentioned. Yet, when it comes to God and the trinity, I once again stand by what our Lord has put in my heart and in the post. It’s a bit extensive to continue in this format, therefore my reply is in a new post title “The Word became flesh”.

May our Lord continue to open our understanding of Him. I pray in Jesus’ holy name, Amen.
Colossian 2:1-3 For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, 2 that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
