The 7 Seals

…the Lord shall endure forever; He has prepared His throne for judgment. Ps 9:7

Notice the Seven Seals of Revelation and how much of it is coming to past..

The Lamb of God, or Lion of Judah, (Jesus Christ) opens the first four of the seven seals, which summons forth four beings that ride out on white, red, black, and pale horses. Although some interpretations differ, in most accounts, the four riders are seen as symbolizing Conquest, War, Famine, and Death.[1a]  apocalypse3

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are described in the last book of the New Testament of the Bible, called the Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ to John of Patmos, at 6:1-8. The chapter tells of a book or scroll in God‘s right hand that is sealed with seven seals. The Lamb of God opens the first four of the seven seals, which summons four beings that ride out on white, red, black, and pale horses. Though theologians and popular culture differ on the first Horseman, the four riders are often seen as symbolizing  Conquest[1] or Pestilence (and less frequently, the Christ or the Antichrist), War,[2] Famine,[3] and Death.[4] The Christian apocalyptic vision is that the Four Horsemen are to set a divine apocalypse upon the world as harbingers of the Last Judgment.[1][5] One reading ties the Four Horsemen to the history of the Roman Empire subsequent to the era in which the Book of Revelation was written. That is, they are a symbolic prophecy of the subsequent history of the Empire.[6]

Some theologians and therefore the populate differ on the first white horse. Nevertheless Scripture’s describes this horse as coming out with a bow, an instrument of destruction, therefore this horse is not our Lord’s white horse. But a horse that is causing havoc and wreckage. The dragon (aka Satan) copies the Lord at every opportunity to blind, askew the truth, including misrepresenting Jesus’ stallion of victory. The clue is in what he’s holding.  Do not be deceived…

Then I (John) saw the Lamb break one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four animals shout in a voice like thunder, ‘Come’. Immediately a white horse appeared, and the rider on it was holding a bow; he was given the victor’s crown and he went away, to go from victory to victory. Rev.6:1-2

note: The rider on the white horse (symbol of victory) represents the Parthians (Parthian Empireidentified by the bow, their favorite weapon. They were the terror of the Roman world in the 1st century, conquering – ‘from victory to victory’. The rider and his horse brings worldwide deception/apostacy (aka the antichrist mentality/spirit). This white horse is NOT our Lord and His white stallion, but an imitation of.

When He broke the second seal, I heard the second animal shout, ‘Come’. And out came another horse, bright red, and its rider was given this duty: to take away peace from the earth and set people killing each other. He was given a huge sword. vv.3-4

The rider of this red horse a sign of distress, causes all sorts of conflict on earth. All nations have conflicts, civil unrest, chaos and destruction in one form or another towards themselves and/or others.

When He broke the third seal, I heard the third animal shout, ‘Come’. Immediately a black horse appeared, and its rider was holding a pair of scales; and I seemed to hear a voice shout from among the four animals and say, ‘A ration of corn for a day’s wages, and three rations of barley for a day’s wages, but do not tamper with the oil or the wine’. vv.5-6

This horse represents scarcity on earth by the empty scales he holds. The price of food is getting costly, in many places there is none or very little. Crops our failing for lack of water or sun or both or too much of either or both. Outrage and outburst will happen when people can’t feed themselves or their families. Plus in combination with the devastation of the other horses already out, paints a dire situation. The land itself is revolting, this horse symbols famine.

When He broke the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth animal shout, ‘Come’. Immediately another horse appeared, deathly pale, and its rider was called Plague, and Hades followed a his heels. They were given authority over a quarter of the earth, to kill by the sword, by famine, by plague and wild beastsvv.7-8

The fourth rider represents widespread death on earth. People are dying from wars, the swore, hunger, and now diseases. Including live stock and animals, birds dropping dead from the skies, fish dead on the shorelines, etc. Animals turning on humans for their own survival. This ‘black horse’ seems to represent death as in ‘the black death’, signifying an endemic plague. Followed by Hades the grave.

Our Lord tells us to be watchful, know the seasons… The four horsemen bring evil on a grand scale in the end times. We’ve been seeing the beginnings of all this happening on a global scale for a while now. It will intensify and intertwine with the seven angels’ trumpets moving towards the great tribulation/persecution time.

God entrusts the future of the world to the Lamb. God delegates to the Lamb the power of carrying out His decrees against persecuting pagans. The ‘Great Day’ of God’s anger is about to dawn. The visions John describes begin with a view of God’s throne and widens to a view of the whole universe. The book of Revelation is the Lambs revelation of prophetic events coming to pass. In the mist of all kinds of havoc already happening  from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount warnings, to these harbinger bringing more mayhem, the trumpets are blown and the tribulation period begin. Satan will be thrown out of heaven and allow to continue for a short time, to pursue humanity. A person with an antichrist spirit already will inherit the spirit of The Antichrist/Satan himself in human form. First becoming a hero, a friend of the people, capturing the world’s adoration in his scheme, in having the answers to the world’s dilemma, solving the conflicts, performing miracles, seeming to be ‘an angel of light’. Getting the world to worship him. he’ll betray them all and become the worst tyrant ever in the last three and half years of the tribulation. The persecution will be intense for the people who disagree with his tyrannical agenda, disagree to give up their faith. disagree to be marked (Rev 14:9) in order to buy anything, go anywhere. The apostacy will be extreme that people will believe their doing God’s work in betraying their brother, true believers.

Very important to know for yourself what Scripture says and hold on to its promises. The books that were closed to Daniel are open in our time. In most of its pages it reveals symbolically what’s happening and what will happen to a world who has disregarded their Creator for an imitator. If we do not start getting our own house (person) in order, we’ll be caught in the mayhem. His Book, His manual gives us the tools to get right with Him, to be one with Him and the clues to unravel the symbols within. His Sovereignty is above everything, God is in control of everything, and will not abandon His faithful followers. He’s shaking people up to realize what evil brings, but also giving believers the strength to endure the frailties of this world. We must keep Him close at all times, and ‘Put God’s armor on’ to combat the enemies’ arrows. He already conquered and paid our penalty, lets stand in victory.  Judgment is coming and we’re experiencing the birth pangs intensifying.

Hear the word of the Lord, You children of Israel, For the Lord brings a charge against the inhabitants of the land: “There is no  truth  or  mercy  Or  knowledge of God in the land. Hosea 4:1+

The truth of the matter is we’ve lost our way to who we are in God’s eyes, to who is ultimately in charge.  The dragon has had many centuries to improve his craft and will/is throwing everything he has done in past generations to this last generation. (And the reason it’ll be the worst time ever in the world’s history.) In addition, all the technical advances he is using to entice individuals away from knowing their Creator. It’s no wonder the books were closed in Daniel’s day, he didn’t have the technologies of today to decipher what it all means, i.e. the holograms, artificial intelligence, etc. All symbolically predicted in the Scripture. We must search and prepare ourselves to know truth, be able to distinguish right from wrong, and the seasons we’re living in, the answers are in the Word. The answer is Christ and both will lead us home to the place He’s prepared to all those who believe. Every improvement to better society is being used to undermine our existence, undermine God’s truth. Again the truth of the matter is there’s only two camps, one is either for or against God, one either believes with all their heart in the Creator or believes in self and the lies there of. We sin against our own life. If we’re not for Him we’re against Him, there is NO middle ground. Anyone who denies God’s saving grace is not of God. Anyone not believing Jesus is the son of God is not a brother. And that’s their propagative, it’s between them and God. We can only show our love for God. If the choose to accept, great. If not, pray for them. Our actions speaks volumes, our words can uplift or destroy the spirit. God meets us in faith and sincere repentance. He abhors sin and sin has its punishment, as He clearly states throughout His Word.

The Good News is the Lamb of God saves those who have faith in Him. Put their faith in Him and keep His commandments, are those who follow Him. The Good News Jesus preached was the Kingdom of God. The Good News is Heaven’s door has been opened to approach the throne of God wearing the robe of righteousness Jesus offers to ALL humanity.  It’s through Him we become children of God. We’re not perfect we’re born into this world that’s damaged by the ugliness of the serpent. Our own spirit cries out to a loving Father for unity with Him. Our spirit wants to do good, but our inner struggle with ourselves prevents us, for we also have the spirit of rebellion. We choose which spirit to listen to, every time we have a choice to do good or not. Satan has a conniving way that lures us in the guise of good to offend God’s edicts, to forget Him. We’re choosing which spirit we listen too. We are asked to come out of the false attractions of the world (Rev 18:4), and store our treasures in heaven (Mat 6:19-20). God will give us the Comforter to guide us to all truths, do not refuse the inner voice that tells you to choose righteousness.

Satan can’t create but he can imitate and destroy. And he has formed a world of desolation and strife. Just look around at our world to know the truth of this. God is allowing (and tells us), to show the universe what evil is and capable of. So no one, not the angelic host or the habitants of this world can accuse God of being unfair. His laws govern our very existence for a reason. Who are we to question Him..?.. He’s letting us see, experience the difference of being against God, what it can bring and what being with God can produce. It’s a choice, it’s our free will to decide on. The knowledge of good and evil has not produced everlasting life in us. Christ is our only life-preserver.

We are at a threshold, where we are seeing the evil reign materialize in our realm for disregarding God’s covenant. We’re dealing with ‘rulers of the darkness of this age’. (For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.Ephesians 6:12). Who are content in seeing our demise, physically, mentally and especially spiritually. What had been good is now known as evil and visa versa. Man has sinned, constituting himself arbiter of what is good and what is evil (Gen 2:17+); he has usurped the divine privilege. By nature man is mortal (Gen 3:19 ); immortality was a pure gift of God which man’s disobedience forfeited.

Satan’s fury like the dragon governs him, conning like the snake rules his actions. He hates the fact through Jesus we have salvation/everlasting life. He forfeited God’s attempts at reconciliation, his selfishness caused his own demise and the angels that sided with him. Where God saw he wasn’t going to change. But to be fair, in the eyes of the universe, God is allowing him (to a certain point) to show his true colors. By the actions of our deeds we too show who we belong to. Satan tried to stop His birth, then just before starting His ministry tempted Jesus. He resisted using Scripture (the Word of God), always finding time alone to pray (another example to imitate Him). Through Him we too can conquer our inner struggles, choose life, choose to do good in our every day lives. Communicating everything you do, letting Him into your life; ‘ask and it shall be given to you’ (Mat 7:7), and only if its beneficial to us in the long run. God see the tomorrows of our lives. Yet certain situations He’ll allow to get us or others to turn to Him and trust Him. Lessons to learn.

God offers forgiveness to all, whatever your lot in life. A free gift to accept or reject. Lucifer turned himself into Satan (the father of lies, of rebellion). God didn’t create evil (knew what evil entailed and devise a plan to combat it). He’s a God of LOVE, He is LOVE. Envy of God’s superiority, of everyone worshipping Him; jealousy of our first parents’ paradise and pure trust, had Satan deceived them into believing a lie. Now the  earth’s domain that belong to them (their inheritance) was stolen by the serpent.   Inheriting the knowledge of good and evil; they (we) lost our source of life, our purity, our communion, our friendship with God. ‘It is the power of deciding for ourselves what is good and what is evil and acting accordingly, a claim to complete moral independence by which man refuses to recognise his status as a created being’[3a].  We choose to be independent of God and in doing so give ourselves over to the evil one’s manipulations (although we don’t think so or realize this is so).

Yet, God gave us hope even then, saying to the serpent (Satan), …I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel.” Genesis 3:15
Even though we’re born with this rebellious spirit, Christ offers us His righteousness. He instills His own spirit in us. God through Jesus = salvation, (Luke 19:9). Something the evil one doesn’t want us to know: ‘the forgiveness of sin’, the truth of salvation; the strength to endure his attacks, to know the truth from the lies, to be at peace with man. And especially to know God the Father, personally. He knows your faith in Christ has power he can’t touch.  In abiding with Christ, we have the power to change our lives, to reflect His virtues, His attitude. Satan knows this and so he distracts us from anything to do with God and Heaven, salvation and Christ. He knows the moment we give our lives over to Jesus, and we know it too for his attacks range from a small push to a fierce attack on our person, surroundings, our closes allies, friends, family. He knows his time is short and is upping the ante, by destroying our belief, our hope, by twisting the truth and turning everything upside down. By pitting us against one another. Negative situations occur that’s the world we are born to, how we handle them makes a difference. If our faith is weak we cave in to the pressures this world hands us. We are children of the Most High God, keep this in mind always. He, in prayer and trust will give us the strength, the tools to go through whatever arrow (trial) is thrown at us. Hard times are coming and in many ways here already. Don’t lose heart, the grace of God will carry you. Remembering Jesus too experienced evil to the point of the cross. Warned us this too (death) can happen to us. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’   If they persecuted Methey will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. John 15:20

The Sermon on the Mount was a precursor of things to come and watch for. Haven’t we seen these same scenarios throughout the centuries develop and getting worst as time passes. History has a tendency to repeat itself, nothing changes other than the era and our sophistication, the spirit of evil gets heavier. The evil one’s innuendos helps him achieve annihilation, that’s his goal. What exactly our we liberated from in denying God and taking the helm ourselves? We’ve isolated ourselves from the source of life to get what? death. Afterall that was one of the principal argument satan gave Eve, Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.  Genesis 3:4

Our duty as bible believers is to keep watch and know the seasons. Know Jesus, cultivate a relationship with Him, stay true to His commandments and He will protect us til He takes us home.

The four horsemen are warnings of things intensifying, that will happen, that are happening, following close behind and intertwining are the Seven trumpets with their own sets of warning leading to the great tribulation. The time is coming and here, where …this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14

The birth pangs are getting stronger as we see how the world is getting darker. The dragon is on the loose and every word will be carried out as describe in this last book of God’s manual.  All signs to let His faithful know to stay the course, not give up when time is/gets tough, praying always for deliverance will keep us from the hour of destruction and mayhem. Believers are not to be afraid but watchful, in fellowship with others in knowing the truth and keeping grounded in the faith. Truth is elusive these days, honesty and common sense as well. Rejection of what Jesus offers means your sins are your own and the consequences of your actions are dealt with severely.  If not in this world surly in the one to come, Judgement is coming. If we should die in defending our faith, know you fought the good fight, know as Jesus was resurrected, was the ‘first-fruit’ so will He resurrect us. “…I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him! Luke 12:4-5

When He broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar (the altar of holocaust) the souls of all the people who had been killed on account of the word of God, (the martyrs) for witnessing to it. They shouted out loud, ‘Holy, faithful Master, how much longer will you wait before you pass sentence and take vengeance for our death on the inhabitants of the earth?’ (the pagan nations). Each of them was given a white robe (symbolizing triumphant  joy), and they were told to be patient a little longer, until the role was complete and their fellow servants and brothers had been killed just as they had been. vv.9-11

The New King James states it this way:  When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.  And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”  Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.

This too is happening now, persecution will be world-wide before it’s complete. The roaring lion is on the prowl.

In my vision, when He broke the sixth seal, there was violent earthquake and the sun went as black as coarse sackcloth; the moon turned red as blood all over, and the stars of the sky fell on the earth like figs dropping from a fig tree when a high wind shakes it; the sky disappeared like a scroll rolling up and all the mountains and islands were shaken from their places. Then all the earthly rulers, the governors and the commanders, the rich people and the men of influence, the whole population, slaves and citizens, took to the mountains to hide in caves and among the rocks. They said to the mountains and the rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us away from the One who sits on the throne and from the anger of the Lamb. For the Great Day of His anger has come, and who can survive it?‘ Rev.6:12-17

In prophetic writings, these cosmic phenomena are the concomitants of the Day of Yahweh, (Amos 8:9+). They are to be interpreted therefore not just as physical realities but as symbols of God’s anger on those who refused to believe and continue in sin.

Jesus left the Temple, and as He was going away His disciples came up to draw His attention to the Temple buildings. He said to them in reply, ‘You see all these? I tell you solemnly, not a single stone here will be left on another: everything will be destroyed.’ And when He was sitting on the Mount of Olives the disciples came and asked Him privately, ‘Tell us, when is this going to happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming (parousia) and of the end of the world?’ Mat 24:1-3+

The Greek word parousia [2a] ; means ‘presence’ and in the Graeco-Roman world was used for official visits by royalty. The Christians adopted it as a technical term for the glorious coming of Christ, (1 Cor 15:23+).
It is unable to be avoided the linked up with Christ’s final coming; it can also refer to the power He will display when He comes to establish His messianic kingdom on the ruins of Judaism, (Mat 16:27-28). In this passage Matthew clearly implies that he has combined the two themes.

The entire world is destined to hear the Good News. God does nothing before informing His creation first. And with today’s technological mediums (the media in all its forms) and missionaries, the Word is spreading to every continent and island. Those who heed the Words of Scripture and follow Jesus’ example, confessing all, repenting from have their sins forgiven, will escape His judgments. On the other hand those whose sins are not forgiven or continue in them will carry their own demise/punishment in their hands. God’s servants will be preserved but those who choose to defy will not. Rebellion keeps you away. The day is coming when you see your error. Realize it now not later when it will be too late. It comes down to faith and belief in the truth of the Good News on the part of every individual. You alone need to decide, a group, a friend can pray for your deliverance but YOU need to choose.

Next I saw four angels, standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the world back to keep them from blowing over the land or sea or in the trees. Then I saw another angel rising where the sun rises (the east), carrying the seal of the living God; he called in a powerful voice to the four angels whose duty was to devastate land and sea, ‘Wait before you do any damage on land or at sea or to the trees, until we have put the seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God. Then I heard how many were sealed: a hundred and forty-four thousand, out of all the tribes of Israel. Rev.7:1-4. Twelve tribes of Israel, in which ten are lost/scattered all over Europe and the world. It just might be possible some of us are related/descended from. Twelve (the sacred number) squared and multiplied by one thousand represents the totality of all who have been faithful to Christ (the new Israel).

Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule, who form the Israel of God. Galatians 6:16  The rule of keeping the commandments and the faith of Jesus Christ, (Rev 14:12).  “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Matthew 7:21

Glory only in the cross. Jews and gentile believers are the new Israel. The sons and adopted sons of God. The rewarding of the saints of every nation, race, tribe and language dressed in white robes that have gone through the great persecution and had washed their robes white with the blood of Lamb shouting, ‘Victory to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!’ will be standing in front of the throne and in front of the Lamb, among all the host of heaven, the One who sits on the throne will spread His tent over them. They will never hunger or thirst again; ‘God will wipe away all tear from their eyes’, (paraphrasing vv. 9-15). This is the rapture we’ve been waiting for, praise God.

One can’t even image the beauty, the pureness of that moment…

The Lamb then broke the seventh seal, and there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.Rev.8:1

The ‘coming of Yahweh’ is often preceded and heralded by silence, in prophetic literature.[3a]

* * * * * * *

Till then… we must fight the good fight for evil is spreading like wildfire. I believe we will go through the tribulation period, why else would Scripture tell us to prepare, endure to the end, extra..?.. Jesus Himself suffered through the hardships of living in this world including death as our example. All through biblical history men and women have gone through incredible odds holding on to their faith, no mater the expense. Our time will be no different, til ‘every eye’ (Rev 1:7) sees Jesus coming in the clouds. After the tribulation (Mat 24:29, Mark 13:24Rev 7:9), and before the last plagues (the seven bowls), the sealed faithful of God are carried away out of God’s fierce anger. Reminiscing of the plagues of Egypt the faithful were safe.
Each seal has its own set of warnings with dire circumstances, people might say that conquest, wars, famine and death have been with us since the beginning of time. And rightly so, but what’s different now is the advance technology in ‘the latter days’ God spoke about to Daniel; what different now is how society is reflecting Noah‘s day in the sense that people won’t care what the golden rule is much less abide by it.  As much as we advance we seem to be going backwards. Noah’s time before the flood was full of man’s misdeeds, all kinds of debauchery was happening in which Scripture’s forbids for practical and health reasons of harming the body and soul, people didn’t care they went about their business. God was sadden by the scene. How much more now…

Our little planet has suffered greatly under the rulership of this evil entity.

There is good and there is evil in this world, there is a good spirit in us and there is one that isn’t. This spirit will manifested itself even more as the approaching advent of the Son of God gets closer. Don’t let him take away your chance of reconciliation with the Father of all things. We lost the battle but Jesus won the war! Stay in communion with God at all times. God cannot help you unless you trust Him, unless you believe with your heart. Unless you invite Him into your heart, and come out of the world’s deception. Wash your sins away in the water of baptism and repentance. Invite Jesus into your life, ask Him to show you the truth. In sincerity of heart He will open His word to you. He loves you. He cares.

The seals are in the hands of our Savior and Redeemer, our King and our friend. All that is written in the pages of the Holy Scripture are true and sure. His word is carried out whether we choose to be with Him or without Him, choose to believe or not to.
God wants everyone to be safe from the evil one who’s causing all this havoc around us and in the world. The dragon knows time is short and he is on the hunt. Do not be afraid but be a good soldier. Now is the chance for people to come to the realization and accept the gift of grace while still available. Our God is slow to anger and has patience in the sense He wants no one to perish. But this will not last for much longer.  His Kingdom will be established here on earth when everything is said and done.

Be part of the glorious day. He is inviting you to partake in the wedding feast. Our freewill to choose is ours to make. He forces no one. Choose wisely for time is running out as we watch prophecy being fulfilled in our life time.

The prayers of the saints bring the coming of the Great Day nearer and with that the closing of the reign of evil.

We have lost our way of the truth of the kingdom of God and our Lord is shaking us into acknowledging His superiority. No one compares to Him!

bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 1 Corinthians 13:7.  in Christ who gives us strength and peace of mind.

You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 2 Timothy 2:3.   till He takes His faithful home. This is our hope! and His assurance.

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

Thank you for visiting 🙂
God bless you to comprehend the seriousness of the hour. Stay faithful to God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ our rightful King. In His name, I pray.
