Lord, “Fight My Battles”

When the battles comes from all directions, even from the people you least expected, and you can’t seem to understand how or why. The heaviness weighs on your mind. When the enemy surrounds you with arrows and some straight to the heart, know that a loving God and His Son surrounds you, as well, waiting for acknowledgement from you. Know also that you have the choice to either engage in an endless argument or walk away calmly, to regroup, rethink and face it again when each party is in a better place, mentally and spiritually.  In Him I breath in His calming balm and let Him ‘Fight My Battles’…

Thank you for visiting 🙂 Always trust God to fight your battles,

whether His help is immediate or not know that He’s right there every step of the way. And together a solution is found, it might not be the solution you were praying for but its the solution that benefits you in the long run. Don’t give up, but put it all in His capable hands! Your heart will be at peace.

Loving Father/Abba, bless us to comprehend You have ‘not forsaken us’, but give us Your strength when battles/trials come.  In Jesus’ Holy Name, Amen.

Psalm 9:10  And those who know Your name will put their trust in You;
For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. Ps 91:14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.

  1. Hi Lost Coin:
    I was reading your About & wanted to share these verses with you: Ep3:19 ‘And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God’. Also Ep4:13 ‘..unto you come to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ’, & Heb2:10 ‘It became.. in bringing many sons unto Glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect (JESUS) through sufferings’.

    God wants to make us like Him, like Jesus Christ, & it will soon come to pass at the Rapture! 1Jn3:2 states ‘..we shall be like Him when we see Him, for we shall see Him as He is’. Amen!

    God bless you & yours,

    1. Amen! What a glorious day that will be,
      risen or transformed to His glory, to life in His Presence, learning from Him, continuing the relationship we had establish with Him here on earth. Everyone an individual thinker yet in sync with our Creator. We have no idea the beauty that awaits us. And yes its within us, Jesus sweet sweet Jesus gave us this gift.. by becoming our substitute for our sin nature, our rebellion, calling us to partake of His infinite love, being forgiven, given the Comforter to help us through difficult times, we go and must go through. Getting to know Him and establishing a relationship. In knowing Him we know the Father. Assurance, peace of mine, everything that is good and needed to sustain us spiritually. While giving us the freedom to express ourselves not with the influence of evil but purity in all things. A different outlook altogether. As in the beginning.. before everything went awry.
      We’ve lost our first love and our spirit is crying for it back.
      Hope, in the Father’s and Son’s pack so long ago made that thru His death we by believing and doing His will we will be where He is. Prophecy is fulfilling, my goodness, the travesties happening as in the days of old will have its finito moment.
      Being alert, awake and armor on, praying for strength to endure til that glorious day.

      Hi Drgold, great to hear from you, my friend. God hff as brought us together. Coincidentally, I too have been over at your site, refreshing myself with your sage inspirations. (though I haven’t seen any new entries from you.)

  2. Yes, we can’t fight spiritual battles with the weapons of our flesh. We can only fight our battles in the strength and power of the Lord who is a work within our hearts and lives conforming us to his likeness. He has supplied us with his spiritual armor which we are to put on in order to fight off the enemy’s evil attacks against us. But, we have to do this in the Spirit, and not in the flesh. We can’t put on the armor of God in the flesh. We have to rely on the Holy Spirit to lead us every step of the way, to give us the wisdom and the counsel we need to know when to stand strong in battle and when to walk away; when to speak, and when to remain silent. And, we have to take up that armor daily, not just when in the thick of the battle, put proactively so that when the battle comes we are already equipped and ready.

    1. Amen!
      Well said. We most certainly need Him in our lives every day to be ‘equipped and ready’. Yet, even in our weakness He gives us fortitude not to give up. Our hope is in Him.

      Thank you for stopping by and leaving your God inspired words of wisdom. God bless you wholeheartedly to continue to reassure and strengthen you and us all. Shalom.
