‘Healing a broken relationship’…

…I have found begins by giving it all to our Heavenly Father in sincere prayer. And having patience to not agitate the situation but calmly reflect on where or how it went sour. Getting a perspective to begin to heal. Healing begins with us, looking within ourselves. Our actions, words or both can sere a relationship to where nothing is left, recognizing this fault can help us on the road to recovery, where we can forgive not only them but ourselves. Words matter and if followed by argumental actions causes strife, hurt and pain. It makes no difference who started the argument for it takes two to continue it. Stop this madness by stepping back. Our Heavenly Father and Yahushua Himself tells us to ‘love thy neighbor‘, (this includes our brother [family], our friend, a stranger).  Instead [of causing further rift], be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God has forgiven you because you belong to Christ. Ephesians 4:32

It takes time for the broken-ness of un-trust, uncaring, of misunderstanding to heal. Whatever amount of time it takes, it starts with our person to leave the bitterness behind and grasp, seize forgiveness. Cleansing our souls of the ill feelings, the guilt. In knowing the Almighty, Father of us all, who sent His Son to embrace us with His love and tenderness to realize within us the spirit of forgiveness. And pray:
… forgive us our sins, just as we have forgiven those who have sinned against us. Matthew 6:12
When taken to heart, begins the process of healing, not only ourselves but those who we have hurt or those who hurt us. He told us to give Him our all and He WILL heal our soul. For upon accepting His gift of forgiveness He strengthen His Spirit within us to change our outlook.
If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus/Yahushua. Philippians 4:7
Let Him heal you. Let Him come into your heart and change you to see the beauty even in the turmoil this life brings. It’s not always easy but necessary to our own well-being. His promises are sure even if we can’t seem to see it readily. Trust Him to get us through it and be a peace with both neighbor and self.
It was never a dating kind of relationship, but it was very close. He wasnt mine, technically speaking, but he was mine.
Father, hear our prayer.

Thank you for visiting 🙂

May you be blessed to perceive that forgiveness starts from within.

God bless!
