“man is free”

to choose his destiny, choose who he will follow…

Ecclesiasticus 15:11-20 TJB

11 Do not say, ‘The Lord was responsible for my sinning’, for He is never the cause of what He hates.

Proverbs 19:3 It it man’s folly that spoils his fortunes, yet it is against Yahweh that his heart rages.

James 1:13-15 Never, when you have been tempted, say ‘God sent the temptation’; God can not be tempted to do anything wrong, and He does not tempt anybody. Everyone who is
tempted is attracted and seduced by his own wrong desire. Then the desire conceives and gives birth to sin, and when sin is fully grown, it too has a child, and the child is death.

12 Do not say, ‘It was He who led me astray’, for He has no use for a sinner.
13 The Lord hates all that is foul, and no one who fears Him will love it either.
14 He himself made man in the beginning, and then left him free to make his own decisions.
15 If you wish, you can keep the commandments, to behave faithfully is within your power.

God has given us His Holy Spirit, His power to help us. Through faith, admitting we have sinned against Him, confessing the sin(s), sincerely repenting from them. And following Him. God knows our hearts, Jesus is our Rock. Living our lives in His truths, being Christ-like in our behavior, attitude. In faith, God knows our weaknesses and sent Jesus to repair the rift. Upon His ascension the Helper was sent. Nevertheless we decide, we are free to accept or reject His offer. God is in control, yet has given all created beings free will.

16 He has set fire and water before you; put out your hand to whichever you prefer.

What you choose can be either a blessing or a curse. To love God above everything else and our neighbor as ourselves. Or love the world and its gods, [understand the world is dying and the kingdom of God is in the horizon.]

Deuteronomy 11:26-28  Moses speaking, ‘See, I set before you today a blessing and a curse: a blessing, if you obey the commandments of Yahweh our God that I enjoin on you today; a curse if you disobey the commandments of Yahweh your God and leave the way I have marked out for you today, by going after other gods you have not known.

17 Man has life and death before him; whichever a man likes better will be given him.

Dt 30:15-20  Moses speaking: ‘See, today I set before you life and prosperity, death and disaster.  If you obey the commandments of Yahweh your God that I enjoin on you today, if you love Yahweh your God and follow His ways, if you keep His commandments, His laws His customs, you will live and increase, and Yahweh your God will bless you in the land which you are entering to make your own. But if your heart strays, if you refuse to listen, if you let yourself be drawn into worshiping other gods and serving them, I tell you today, you will most certainly perish; you will not live in the land you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess. I call heaven and earth to witness against you today: I set before you life or death, blessing or curse. Choose life, then, so that you and your descendants may live, in the love of Yahweh your God, obeying His voice, clinging to Him; for in this your life consists, and on this depends your long stay in the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers Abraham, Issac and Jacob He would give them.’

2 Peter 2:19 TLB “You aren’t saved by being good,” they say, “so you might as well be bad. Do what you like; be free.”  But these very teachers who offer this “freedom” from law are themselves slaves to sin and destruction. For a man is a slave to whatever controls him.

18 For vast is the wisdom of the Lord; He is Almighty and All-Seeing.

Psalms 33:13-18  Yahweh  looks down from heaven, He sees the whole human race; from where He sits He watches all who live on the earth, He who moulds every heart and takes note of all men do.

A large army will not keep a king safe, nor does the hero escape by his great strength; it is delusion to rely on the horse for safety, for all its power, it cannot save. But see how the eye of Yahweh is on those who fear Him, on those who rely on His love,

19 His eyes are on those who fear Him, He notes every action of man.
20 He never commanded anyone to be godless, He has given no one permission to sin.

Ps 34:16-22  The face of Yahweh frowns on evil men, to wipe their memory from the earth; the eyes of Yahweh are turned towards the virtuous, His ears to their cry. They cry for help and Yahweh hears and rescues them from all their troubles; Yahweh is near to the brokenhearted, He helps those whose spirit is crushed. Hardships in plenty beset the virtuous man, but Yahweh rescues him from them all; taking care of every bone, Yahweh will not let one be broken.

Evil will bring death to the wicked, those who hate the virtuous will have to pay; while Yahweh Himself ransoms the souls of His servants, and those who take shelter in Him have nothing to pay.

the ransom has been paid in full by  Yeshua HaMashiach / Jesus Christ.

Matthew 7:12-14 ‘So always treat others as you would like them to treat you; that is the meaning of the Law and the Prophets.
‘Enter by the narrow gate, since the road that leads to perdition is wide and spacious, and many take it; but it is a narrow gate and a hard road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

1Corinthians 10:17-25  I want to remind you, brothers, how our fathers were all guided by a cloud above them and how they all passed through the sea. They were all baptised into Moses in this cloud and in this sea; all ate the same spiritual food and all drank the same spiritual drink, since they all drank from the spiritual rock that followed then as they went, and that rock was Christ. In spite of this, most of them failed to please God and their corpses littered the desert.

These things all happened as warnings for us, not to have the wicked lusts for forbidden things that they had. Do not become idolaters as some of them did, for Scripture says: After sitting down to eat and drink, the people go up to amuse themselves. We must never fall into sexual immorality: some of them did, and twenty-three thousand met their downfall in one day. We are not to put the Lord to the test: some of them did, and they were killed by snakes. You must never complain: some of them did, and they were killed by by the Destroyer.

All this happened to them as a warning, and it was written down to be a lesson for us who are living at the end of the age. The man who who thinks he is safe must be careful that he does not fall. The trials that you have had to bear are no more than people normally have. You can trust God not to let you be tried beyond your strength, and with any trial He will give you a way out of it and the strength to bear it.

Mat 7:21-26 Jesus speaking: ‘It is not those who say to me,”Lord, Lord”, who will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the person who does the will of my Father in Heaven. When the day comes many will say to me, “Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your Name, cast our demons in Your Name, work many miracles in Your Name?” Then I shall tell them to their faces: I have never known you; away from me, you evil men!’

‘Therefore, everyone who listens to these words of mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on rock.

For Satan himself appears like an angel of light and his agents the Antichrist, the false prophet will deceive many by pretending to do good and persecuting those who don’t adhere to his ways. Technology will play heavily in this deception. AI (Artificial Intelligence), robots who look like normal people are the perfect agents (for lack of a better word) instrument for the fallen angels to occupy in force once the bottomless pit is open. Prophecy is unveiling in front of us. Be watchful of the seasons. Stay faithful and true and always praying for what you need, interceding for others.

Man is given “freewill”, and is free to decide for him/herself who they choose to believe put their faith in and follow. Or reject His gift and forfeit what they seek – true paradise.

Roman 16:25-27 TLB  I commit you to God, who is able to make you strong and steady in the Lord, just as the Gospel says, and just as I have told you. This is God’s plan of salvation for you Gentiles, kept secret from the beginning of time. But now as the prophets foretold and as God commands, this message is being preached everywhere, so that people all around the world will have faith in Christ and obey him. To God, who alone is wise, be the glory forever through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.  Sincerely, Paul

Thank you for visiting 🙂

God bless each of us to proclaim the Good News: Jesus has risen and His Spirit is in each of us who believe in His word; He is the way, the truth and life. The war has been won! Yet we must fight the battles before us with His armor on and in doing so help others realize what a precious gift we have in Christ.

Be blessed!
