my 2cents: Let God

May we all be ready when the time comes of our Lord’s visitation/return, for the main purpose of revelation is so people will prepare for and be aware of the truth of the Holy Scriptures. And so be aware of our past and prepare of what is ahead without fear.

All who want to be ready have the opportunity now of preparing themselves.

How is this done?

~By seeking for an intimate, personal relationship with Him. Asking daily for the infilling of His Holy Spirit, and feeding on His word daily.

May God bless you all to persevere under duress, maintain His purpose in spite of difficulty, obstacles, or discouragement; continue steadfastly.. Always

God does nothing without first letting us know. (paraphrasing Amos 3:7).  The way to know is by getting to know Him and having a personal relationship. This happens with a sincere humble self, acknowledging our need (of His guidance), communicating through prayer, reading His word, adhering to His commands, trusting Him.  Jesus Christ is the same yesterdaytoday, and forever. (Heb 13:8). (T)he LORD shows steadfast love and faithfulness to you always and wants the very best “you”. There is nothing new under the sun only recycled through the eras of time thanks to principalities that keep us entrapped in confusion, disloyalty and hatred. The truth of Scriptures hurts individuals who (rebels), do the opposite of what is expected of them from the statutes and commandments therein. In abandoning these laws is when we suffer the most, spiritually, thereby manifesting itself in our lives in choosing disobedience, choosing rebellion, choosing the road most traveled.

God introduces Himself in every good work and in many ways. But unless we let Him in, into our personal space, He cannot help us with the challenges facing us as we get closer to His Son’s arrival. His Spirit in us protects us from the onslaught of negativity that constantly surrounds us.

Be patient and humble before Him for all good things comes together for His glory. The world may appear bleak at times but with God on our side we move forward in a positive eternal direction. Our hope is this world in its rebellious state will not last forever, the way it has (Bible attest to it), Jesus stands as our witness will be transform into His kingdom of eternal peace. Not as the world knows peace but true peace without the antagonistic part. Stand firm in His Word that is eternal Not on worldly expectations that shift and change at a whim.

As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, serve Him with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever. Choose wisely which path you take.

In Jesus name and by His precious blood, I pray for you, and every individual to come to know the Father and His love for each of us. Doing Your will, Abba Father, not our own. Amen.

Thank you for visiting 🙂 God bless

I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching myself leading up to and including the feast days of our Lord and so have been away from my site a bit. It is good to refresh one’s mind and cleanse one’s soul (the whole point of the day of atonement). I thank those who questioned my absent and for all your prayers, as I too keep you all in mine. May God bless each and every one of you, richly.

Make sure to LET GOD be in everything you do! Let Him be in-charge of your life- daily, one day at a time. His strength, His peace will carry you through all adversities. His nemesis, and therefore ours surrounds those who seek Him. Donot be afraid, never give up, when famine (of any type) comes but persevere onward. Staying true to God and He will stay true to you. Remember if a door has closed, there’s another waiting to be opened. Stay positive. Let God be God in your life, let His goodness be in you.  A simple word of kindness goes along way in healing someone’s day and our own. Let’s practice what we ourselves want, the kindness from/of others.  Let’s put into action this simple act, for even a cynical man can change by seeing true faith.

Trust Him, do what’s right, be truthful to self and to others. Always, keep faith alive within yourself, so people may see your good works and praise God… He is watching and only gets involve when we let Him into our hearts. Let Him.

I am thankful for life… in all its many colors… we are not to judge but show our faith by the way we conduct our lives.
Peace and Blessings be with you, always.

  1. So glad to read a new post by you. Your message here is very fitting for the season of Advent which will start very soon. Just so you know, I had been wondering about where you were and remembered you often in our evening prayers. We treasure you (and your “two cents”). Best wishes always as we journey on! John

    1. John, thank you for your prayers and your friendship. Thank you also for the encouragement, much appreciated. I too keep you in my prayers, and hope all is well with you and your darlings.

This summer has been a challenge for me and needed some one on One with the Lord, a reboot if you will. Trying to be an encouraging person in the face of adversity to people who I find fearful in talking about all God does for us, had left me drained.
Made me question whatever happen to kindness, compassion toward others..? why can’t we agree to disagree and move on. Why this challenge on faith… Seems people and even family members disregard its meaning, when relating God’s love for us. Made me reflect on the why…
As Solomon once said, ‘all is vanity’, and self without God is an empty shell, where any whim is more exceptable then truth. Sad.

One can only plant a seed and pray for such individuals to have a change of heart. It’s about planting this seed and letting God be God. I kinda lost this myself in my enthusiasm to melt their heart. We’re only human.

Yes my friend, we ‘journey on’, being true to God, loving the person yet having God’s strength not to be dragged down with their fear of the unknown. But show by example and let God be God. Life lessons often hurts but teaches us what needs to be changed in us when our hurt emotions get in the way.

Thank you again, best wishes to you and your little feathery friends. Always encouraging! Shalom, Aida
